So basically the way I read this your friend is 14 and getting raped by the step dad and she doesn’t want to tell her mom but she will tell you.
Ok heres what you do, call the cops and report anonymously that the step dad is abusing the daughter and she told you so.
Then the cops will come and investigate and then she your friend or you or whatever it is will get some treatment for abuse and pill abuse.
Ok, so 9 1 1.
you can’t make her stop although you want to, try to help her get through it. don’t be judgemental or criticize her it won’t help. talk to her then decided what she wants and go from there.
