How to avoid porn addiction on the Internet
1. Consider installing porn content filtering software( Strongly Recommend NetDog Porn Filter, you can get it from www.netdogsoft.com ) on your computer. it will help to protect you from stumbling into pornography by accident, That’s important.
2. Do not try to guess what the address of a Web page is. Many pornographic sites have similar addresses of respectable sites. For example www . whitehouse . com is a porn site. The real address is www. whitehouse . gov
3. Never click on Web site addresses that you receive in an unsolicited email.
4. Do not open attachments that come in email that are unsolicited.
5. Use filtered search engines or reputable directories to find the information you need.
6. Do not search for terms like girls. Think before you enter a search term.
Stick with reputable sites.
If something looks questionable, don’t let curiosity get the best of you. Delete it or close the window.

I do not know if you feel like you are never full or not, but try drinking more water. Having more water in you can make you feel fuller as well as being a better beverage to drink not having all the calories and sugars. When I was younger I had a similar problem and I decided to take a picture of myself in a tight shirt and shorts and put it in my snack cuppbard as well as on the fridge so that everytime I went to eat something, I had a reminder of my weight and would not eat them. Being 17, I assume you still live at home with your parents and I would say you should consider talking about your weight concern with your family and they may be supportive and not keep as many snacks at a time as well as getting healther snacks like fruit, veggies, and whole wheat crackers and such. You could also try having a better activity level, go for walks, swimming, bike riding, roller bladeing, as well as even just dancing in your room like crazy for an hour a day. If you would put more exercise into your daily routine, it can help counteract all the food you eat in a day.
Answer by Claire
Eat healthy snacks that will keep you fuller for longer, such as almonds and a piece of fruit. If you’re hungry, try drinking a glass of water before you eat. It will curb some of your hunger. If you’re hungry around night-time, go to sleep. Speaking of sleep, make sure you are getting at least 8 hours of sleep a night because that burns a lot of calories.

Can anyone enlighten me on the drug problems in the Appalachian Mts?
Question by Grunge blossom: Can anyone enlighten me on the drug problems in the Appalachian Mts?

Answer by Courtney
Wherever you have poverty, lack of education, unemployment, and then are living backwards from the rest of the people in the United States, there will be people ready and willing to forget their problems by any means. Appalachia is no different from Harlem in New York, or the projects in Chicago. The culture is different, but addiction, as a symptom of these other social maladies, remains the same. Also too, in the mountains they make “white lightening”, which is about 150proof alcohol. That will cure anything, I betcha.
I’m getting a degree in Social Work, so I want to wish you luck in your efforts and that you can make a difference in the lives of your clients.

Addiction.?
Question by Sidnii;; act on your impulse: Addiction.?
I have been addicted to drugs, but somehow I’ve gotten hooked on self-mutilation (cutting). I know that sounds stupid, but once you start you cant stop. I know ‘rehab’ is in order, but I don’t feel the need to go to a nuthouse that reaks of old people. I just need a substitute for cutting, so I can lessen the process, and go to not cutting.
I’ve been cutting for atleast a year now, and it had gotten to the point where I had passed out from blood loss. Now, how will this also affect my sports career at school?
Best answer:
Answer by Fabienne
Please don’t just switch-I have over and over again-there is so much of yourself you are not because you switch-trust me-get into some rehab-or at least a 12 step program
Answer by emyleeanne
I saw something on TV that people that cut would put rubber bands on their wrist. Whenever they felt like cutting they would snap the rubber band on their wrist. If you don’t want to go to rehab you should at least go to a therapist. And I don’t think you are stupid. I myself have a highly addictive personality. I used to be addicted to pain killers. Whenever I enjoy a certain feeling a get addicted really fast. Good luck!
