my sister is addicted to meth and needs help but we dont have the money to spend on a good place for her. We miss her so much and want to try and save her.

First thing you should do is to look into getting her medicaid. They will pay for an addiction treament program for her. Do it as soon as possible and save your poor sister. Is she willing to go? If so, the battle is half won already.
