Question by dancer1994=]: i have an addiction to food ! HELP ME?
all i do all day is eat, doesnt matter if im hungry or not i just WANT food. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE give me some advice on what to do… nothing about eat more filling foods or yada yada yada, it doesnt matter if im full or not, i just want to eat. please help me im terrified of becoming fat, im beocming very depressed because i feel like i have NO controll.

thats why because you are depressed. you can eat a lot just eat it in small quantities that will help a lot like salads etc.
