How to get rid of freeloaders?

Question by Debby: How to get rid of freeloaders?
So, my husband has an aquaintance from a former job of his, and she and her husband were kicked out of their apartment. They have two dogs, and my husband offered to take them in until they found a new place. We had the dogs for a month, and that was ok, but then THEY moved in. It was only supposed to be two months, but it has been almost four, and they were supposed to pay me and contribute to the bills. I have seen no money from them, and have in fact paid a bill of theirs. He claims he is disabled, but is just a narcotics addict. She works for minimum wage. What money they do make, they spend on frivilous things instead of their bills, and expect me to pay their bills when I get paid. I am sick of this and want them gone. My husband knows all of this but so far has not done a thing. Please, Yahoo!. I need some help here.

P.S. – I live in Pennsylvania if that helps.

First of all, its your house and not theirs, so you can kick them out whenever you please. If they don’t listen, call the cops. If he does have a narcotic addiction for a non prescribed/illegal drug, then I would place an ultimatum on them. Don’t be afraid to be the hardass.
